OPTION 2: HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT ($10,000-$500,000)

• Lines of credit from $10,000 to $500,000
• No closing costs
• Choice of fixed or variable rates
• Up to 100% loan to value for qualified customers
• Adjustable rates as low as Prime minus 1.0%
• Fixed Rate Lock Option--terms from 60 to 240 months
• No early payoff penalty

OPTION 3: CREDIT CARD

• All major credit cards are accepted including Visa and Mastercard
